The Patagonian Toothfish and Antarctic Toothfish(Dissosostichus mawsoni) are both commonly known as Chilean Seabass. Both come from the very Southern Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans. We are members of COLTO, (Coalition of Legal Toothfish Operators), which was formed to promote Legal & Sustainable Toothfish resources. In today’s world, due to regulations, it is nearly impossible to land toothfish and ship internationally illegally caught fish.
